1. Reservation
After receiving your reservation request (by e-mail, post or telephone), you will usually receive confirmation from us within 24 hours with the quote for the total booking amount. After we have received the specified down payment on time, the reservation is final.
2. Rental period
The rental period for the gites is a minimum of 2 nights. The rental period of a chambre is at least 1 night: from 2 pm to 12 am the next day. To get the chambre ready in time for the next tenants, we ask that you strictly observe the departure time. If this does not happen, we will charge an extra day.
3. Payment
Entire gite
The deposit for the entire gite is 1000, - and must be in our possession within 10 days after receipt of the invoice. The remainder of the rent must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. For reservations within 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, the total rent must be paid immediately after receipt of the invoice. The total rent must in any case be paid before the holiday home can be occupied. In the event of non-payment on the due date, the landlord has the right to further rent the gîte to third parties and the following cancellation costs apply. There is no down payment for the rental of a chambre. However, the amount must be paid in advance or upon arrival after consultation.
4. Deposit
Upon arrival of a group for the entire gite, a deposit of 500 euros must be paid. Preferably cash. If no defects are found, the deposit will be transferred within one week after the end of the rental period (Virement).
5. Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months in advance. This cancellation must be made by email. From 3 months to 1 month in advance you will receive a 50% refund. From 1 month to the start of the rental period you will not receive a refund.
6. Cleaning
We charge 250 euros cleaning costs for the entire gite. However, you must always leave the house tidy, swept and without waste, the kitchen must be clean (think of the oven and the dishes). Please collect the bed linen in the hallway. If you do not leave the house as described above, we will charge you extra cleaning costs. For rental of a separate chambre, the cleaning costs are included in the rental price.
7. Linens
You can bring your own bed linen and towels. You can also rent this from us (please let us know in advance). Bed linen: 12.50 euros per set. Towel set (1 large towel, 1 small towel): 5 euros per set. Kitchen linen is provided.
8. Pets, smoking, electric cars
Bringing pets is allowed after consultation. Upon agreement, a fee of 10 euros per animal per day will be requested. Smoking is of course not allowed indoors. Charging electric cars is always in consultation and costs are involved.

9. Maximum number of persons
The maximum number of persons in the chambre or gite may not be exceeded, unless expressly agreed with the owners, which may involve additional costs. (extra persons pay a surcharge of 25,00 euros per night). Permission must be requested in advance for any visitors, with approval this costs 10 euros per visit.

10. Liability
During the stay, the tenant is liable for the house, the furnishings and all matters that belong to the rented object. We cannot accept any liability or responsibility for damage and inconvenience in any form and from any cause whatsoever, for the tenant and others who are in or near the rented house. Despite the utmost careful agreements, we cannot accept any liability for inconveniences arising from interim changes in situations beyond our fault and/or knowledge.
